Bayou Cowgirl works hard to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Time: 

•  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). 

•  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:    

•   Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.   

•   Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Shipping rates start at $7.00 and orders $100.00+ receive free shipping.  

•    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.     

•    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Incorrect Addresses:    •    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. Lost or Stolen Packages:     

•    Bayou Cowgirl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.     

•    If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
